5) Spajito – A lot of nutrition and little vodka in one glass.

1.5 oz. Cucumber-infused Vodka
4 Sprigs of mint
1 tbsp. Organic raw Agave
4 tbsp. Sliced, peeled cucumber
1 Lime, half juiced, half sliced
Sparkling water

Muddle mint leaves, Agave and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a mojito glass filled with ice. Fill with soda water and garnish with mint. (more…)
