Unlike other weight loss trends, the Steam Shower Diet (catchy name, huh?) doesn’t concentrate on intake or workout. Its focus is purely biological. Fancy that – a diet that works from the inside out, instead of the outside in! And there’s no counting, no scales, no calculators, or charts to maintain. Less cortisol released by our bodies = a chance at weight loss! (And this is coming from someone who was never great at math.)
